Firefighters douse small blaze on Springwater Trail
Clackamas Fire successfully put out a slow-moving grass fire along the Springwater Trail near Johnson Creek Saturday morning, July 4. Firefighters were able to prevent the flames from spreading and swiftly put out the major burn. Afterward they spent several hours mopping-up, ensuring all hot spots were fully extinguished. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
