Ex-owner of popular wedding venue in Charlotte area pleads guilty to federal charge

MONROE, N.C. (WBTV) – The former owner of a popular wedding venue in the Charlotte area pleaded guilty to a federal charge in court on Monday.

Federal prosecutors said 43-year-old Jason Lottman, who owned the Champagne Manor venue in Union County, pleaded guilty to wire fraud on July 6.
