CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Residents at a University City apartment complex said they are dealing with uncertainty after the property’s management company abruptly stopped overseeing the complex more than two weeks ago.
Multiple tenants at The Oliver apartments tell NewsNation local affiliate WJZY that they first learned of the change on June 17, when a notice posted on the leasing office door informed residents that Arqline was no longer managing the North Tryon Street property and that a new management company would be in contact. Since then, residents say communication has been limited.
