Here’s the background. My wife and I bought a home and property in Sale Creek six years ago. The property has a small pond – I estimate 1/4 acre, maybe 1/3rd. Sale Creek is all chert rock, no clay, and the dam a previous owner built long ago is somewhat compromised by trees and roots.
