CLEVELAND, Ohio — Life expectancy in some Cleveland neighborhoods sits in the 60s, while residents in nearby inner-ring suburbs live into their 80s.

Cleveland’s director of public health says nicotine products including vapes, Zyn pouches, and nicotine crystals are among the factors driving that gap.
