LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) responded to a horse and buggy crash in Lancaster County last Friday.
According to PSP, the crash involving a vehicle, and a horse and buggy occurred on Friday, July 3 around 8:30 a.m.
