NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Fourth of July is over and according to officials, so is the legal use of fireworks.
“Y’all stop firing off fireworks and go to bed,” the Nashville Department of Emergency Communications said on Sunday. “It’s illegal and your neighbors are still reporting you. Some of them have work in the morning. Be kind and do better.”
Personal fireworks are illegal in Davidson County. Last year, the Department of Emergency Communications says officials received more than 300 reports of suspected fireworks, on top of the hundreds of fireworks calls made to Nashville 911 dispatchers…
