PENSACOLA, Fla. — The fatal victim in Sunday’s Downtown Pensacola shooting has been identified as a 2025 Pensacola High School graduate.
Police identified the 19-year-old as Phillip Devon Monte Sheppard Jr. — known in the community as PJ.
