Flash Flood Warnings Hit Bristol and Plymouth Counties as Rain Bands Sweep Massachusetts Coast

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for Bristol, Plymouth, and Barnstable counties through Tuesday afternoon. Rain bands moved through southeastern Massachusetts. Officials also posted watches and warnings for Dukes County and coastal areas.
