St. Louis Police detain more than 40 teens after youth curfew begins in downtown neighborhoods

St. Louis Metropolitan Police officers said they detained 41 teens Independence Day evening, a day after a curfew for the Downtown and Downtown West neighborhoods began.

Police said Monday that eight had illegal fireworks and one was arrested for petty larceny.
