TULSA, Okla. — Fourth of July celebrations are wrapping up across Green Country, but local emergency rooms and fire crews spent a very busy holiday weekend responding to a surge of emergencies.
With the holiday falling on a Saturday, area emergency rooms dealt with a high volume of typical weekend accidents stacked directly on top of severe firework injuries.
