MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Dalene Carter fought back tears Monday after listening to testimony about a traffic wreck that she is only too familiar with.
On Nov. 9, a little after 9 p.m., a Dodge Durango struck a bicycle that Rebecca Carter was riding on Halls Mill Road.
“It was heartbreaking,” Dalene Carter told FOX10 News after a judge ruled prosecutors have enough evidence to send the hit-and-run case to a grand jury. “It brought back everything that we dealt with in the hospital.”…
