Shorenstein Investment Advisers has purchased the Moore Building, a 245,826-square-foot office property in Nashville, Tenn. Portman Holdings was the seller. The acquisition comes on the heals of the company buying a 330,000 square foot building in the Gulch Union district for $217 million.
The social media company TikTok rents 143,000 square feet in the building.
The Moore Building is at 827 19th Ave. S., within Music Row. Portman delivered the 16-story building in 2023, along with Creed Investment Co. The office development features a fitness center, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges and 8,500 square feet of retail space…
