An 18-year-old was arrested after an accidental shooting left a 16-year-old boy dead Monday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Officers responded just before 5 a.m. to the 3000 block of W. Loop 1604, where they found the 16-year-old with a gunshot wound to the upper body, according to a preliminary police report.
The teen, whom police did not identify, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death and release his identity…
