SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls City Council member David Barranco, has died at the age of 53.
In a news release from the City of Sioux Falls, Barranco’s family announced that he passed away peacefully Monday morning, July 6, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife and two sons.
