Cuyahoga County unanimously passes Tamir Rice Act

CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Council unanimously passed the Tamir Rice Act, which prohibits the sale and display of gun-shaped novelty lighters throughout the county.

This makes Cuyahoga the first county in Ohio to pass a bill that prohibits gun-shaped lighters.
