Arguing Mobile capital murder defendant has lived ‘blameless’ life, attorney renews bail demand

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man accused of committing a murder during a children’s dance recital renewed his request Tuesday for bail.

Marcus Dangelo Sanders, 29, of Mobile, is charged with capital murder. As a result, he is not entitled to a bond under the law, and judges rarely grant one.
