A Lucas County judge denied bond Tuesday morning for the second of two men charged with the June 6 mass shooting at the Old West End Festival.
“He shot into a crowd. There was absolutely no concern for human life in this case,” Common Pleas Judge Lori Olender said before noting Ka Nye Taylor’s prior cases and that he fled to Columbus after hospital treatment for a wound to his hand.
Taylor, 20, and co-defendant Eljay Crisp-Carr, 20, thus will remain in the Lucas County jail while their cases proceed, although lawyers for either could ask for bond to be revisited at any time…
