Janesville alcohol licensing committee approved the Children’s Museum liquor license

JANESVILLE– The Children’s Museum of Rock County could get the OK for a Class B liquor license. The Alcohol Licensing Advisory Committee voted in favor of the license at its monthly meeting Tuesday morning.

Executive Director Kent Anderson said the museum would use the license for a “small number of special adult-focused fundraising events.”

The soon-to-launch museum’s leadership is eyeing multiple possible uses of the facility outside of museum operations — including as space to host weddings…
