BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — Two 16-year-old juveniles were arrested and charged after an armed carjacking of a ride-share driver in North Baltimore on Tuesday, police said.
According to BPD, officers were called at about 1:41 p.m. July 7 to the intersection of Pall Mall Road and Shirley Avenue for a report of an armed carjacking.
