CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 19-year-old is in serious condition after a shooting early Wednesday morning.
Cleveland Police officers were on the scene in Old Brooklyn investigating the shooting early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of Mayview Avenue before 5:30 a.m.
