TRENTON, Fla. (WCJB) — The trial against a man accused of killing another man at Ginnie Springs has been postponed pending review by an appeals court.
Last month, a Gilchrist County judge rejected a proposed plea agreement from Fisher Watts’ attorneys that would have reduced his second-degree murder charge to manslaughter.
