CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Mechanicsburg mom was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her two month old baby suffocated after reportedly falling off a nesting pillow.
According to an affidavit, on September 13, 2025, around 6 a.m. Katherine Tibbens fed her baby a bottle and then placed her on a nesting pillow that was situated halfway on the left armrest of a recliner and half on a mattress.
