NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is on the scene of a homicide in the Plum Orchard neighborhood Wednesday morning, July 8.
Around 6 a.m., NOPD officers were called to the scene of a shooting in the 4700 block of Laine Avenue. Responding officers arrived to find a man suffering with a gunshot wound.
