SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Sioux Falls Police Department’s Animal Control Division is requesting help in identifying a dog involved in a biting incident.
In a Tuesday press release, authorities said a juvenile was bit on Sunday by a dog described as “a medium-sized black dog with curly hair”. The dog was being walked by a woman who told the victim that the dog loved kisses.
