GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Police have charged a suspect more than six years after two men were killed in Greensboro.
On Wednesday, Greensboro police said Jimmy Edward Richardson III, 33, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and one count of first-degree burglary.
Richardson is accused of killing 24-year-olds Christopher Parson and Kendrick Gilbert.
Emergency officials responded to a call on the 5500 block of West Market Street on Sept. 2, 2019, where they found Parson, Gilbert, a woman and a one-month-old child inside an apartment. All four had apparent gunshot wounds.
Parson and Gilbert died at the scene. The woman and child were taken to a hospital, and both survived their injuries…
