A man is facing up to 33 charges in connection with shoplifting and organized retail crime stemming from thefts at Home Depots across Nashville.
Arrest warrants state Charles Lindsey, 25, was involved in shoplifting incidents at Home Depot stores from Jan. 13 through May 18. Altogether, the tools he reportedly stole totaled $28,558.
Lindsey did not act alone in some cases, police say. While he was in custody in Brentwood, police say he instructed his girlfriend, Emily Gilbert, 40, and another woman to shoplift from Home Depot.
