GARLAND (KDAF) — Garland Cultural Arts and the It Came From Texas Film Festival will present “Boldly Going to Garland” on Sept. 12 at the Plaza Theatre. This one-day event is set to celebrate 60 years of the “Star Trek” franchise.
The celebration aims to immerse attendees in six decades of “Star Trek,” inviting both long-time “Trekkies” and new fans. The event will feature classic episode and feature film screenings, trivia competitions and costume contests.
