EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — A motorcyclist is wanted after leading Edmond officers on a pursuit before abandoning a stolen motorcycle and fleeing into a wooded area.
According to the Edmond Police Department, officers received a Flock camera alert for a motorcycle reported stolen out of Duncan. Upon locating the motorcycle, police attempted a traffic stop, but the motocyclist fled, prompting a pursuit.
During the pursuit, the suspect was said to have turned onto Stonepoint Drive from Coltrane, drove off-road, and crashed the motorcycle just east of the 700 block of Stonepoint Drive before running into a nearby wooded area.
