Coroner identifies 15-year-old killed in e-bike crash in Boise

The Ada County coroner released the name of a 15-year-old boy who was killed in a crash with a motorcycle while riding an electric bicycle in Boise.

Sterling Thomas, of Boise, was pronounced dead at 9:21 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, after being taken to a hospital for injuries sustained when an e-bike he was driving and a motorcycle collided near the intersection of Phillippi Street and Morris Hill Road, near the Boise Bench.
