VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with a bicycle-involved crash Wednesday night on Lynnhaven Parkway that seriously injured a juvenile male, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Emergency Communications and Citizen Services received a report of a possible crash involving a bicyclist in the 2000 block of Lynnhaven Parkway at approximately 9:45 p.m.
