A weekslong undercover investigation targeting online child predators ended Wednesday with the arrest of a Bexar County man accused of trying to lure what he believed was a 16-year-old girl to his home for sex, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said.
James Kenneth Rogers II, 45, was booked into the Bexar County Jail on charges of online solicitation of a minor. Deputies also charged him with possession of a controlled substance after finding illegal mushrooms during his arrest.
