Warren County woman charged with child neglect after toddler found alone in Hanover hotel hallway

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — An Oxford woman was charged with child neglect after police said her 1-year-old daughter was found wandering alone in the hallway of an Extended Stay motel in Hanover Township.

According to police, officers responded June 12 after a motel guest found the unsupervised child in a hallway and alerted hotel staff.

Police said an employee determined which room the child had come from and knocked on the door. The child’s mother, Brittany Grosinski, 28, answered the door and brought the child back into the room. The employee told police she believed Grosinski may have been under the influence and was concerned about the child’s safety…
