BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Have damaged hair? Where you live might play a role in the health of your hair.
Researchers with a software company for the beauty industry recently rolled out a study looking at which California cities are the most damaging for your hair — and Bakersfield made the list.
The study, published by software company Goldie, ranked Bakersfield as the tenth most damaging California city for hair health based on climate factors like humidity, ultra-violet radiation, wind speeds and water hardness.
