Cold Case Files: The disappearance of Tabitha Goins

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — The last time Tabitha Goins was reportedly seen was as she and her boyfriend, Dennis Lesesane, were walking through the woods.

Tabitha Goins, a Native American mother of four, was 39-years-old when she was last seen on November 25, 2019. It was reported by Uncovered that Goins left the residence she was staying at due to a state Alcohol Law Enforcement raid that day. Lesesane, Goins’ boyfriend at the time, was walking in front of her in the woods when he turned around and saw that she had disappeared. She was wearing a black zip-up jacket, leopard print leggings and gray and orange Nike Air Max sneakers at the time of her disappearance.

A month later, deputies with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office raided a home on Highway 87 near Hope Mills, where Goins was last seen. Nothing was reported to have been found during the raid…
