HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville man accused of shooting and killing two women will not face the death penalty.
Exclusive video from court this morning shows Tye Stevens appearing before a judge. Stevens is charged with capital murder in connection with the 2024 deaths of Sequioya Lamar and D’Asia Morris.
