AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Four people were indicted in a federal case that accuses one man of conspiring to provide guns to the Sinaloa Cartel and taking part in a drug trafficking conspiracy involving fentanyl, cocaine and heroin.
A federal grand jury indicted Loyd Walter Hall, Jesus Quezada Meza, Omar Velasquez and Catlynn Ann Townsend on June 25.
