Battle Creek gas station employees assault, shoot at customers during fight over bathroom

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Two gas station employees were arrested after allegedly assaulting two customers on the Fourth of July, according to the Battle Creek Police Department (BCPD).

The customers, a 39-year-old woman and her 16-year-old daughter, walked into the BP gas station on Capital Avenue Southwest near East Fountain Street to use the bathroom just after 12:30 a.m., but were told by the employees that they could not use it, according to court documents obtained by News Channel 3.
