Payette, Idaho — Attorneys for Andrea Renee Shaw asked the court on July 2, 2026, to reduce her $2 million bond to $100,000 and hold a hearing as soon as possible.
The filing from defense attorney Joseph P. Filicetti said Shaw was arrested on or about June 30 in Boise, Ada County, on a grand jury indictment. It said Shaw had given birth by cesarean section on June 25, 2026, and that her baby was born three weeks early.
