Garages of America is expanding into Tarrant County with a garage community planned to open in Colleyville. The location will include four individual buildings, offering a total of 47 individual garages and seven flex spaces, anchored by two retail spaces. The total footprint will be over 92,000 square feet. The garage suites will offer owners the opportunity to create personalized space for premium vehicle storage, showrooms, or private retreats.
“This project represents an exciting expansion for Garages of America,” said Jack Griffin, co-founder of Garages of America. “Colleyville is an ideal location for our business model and luxury experience for our future owners.
