ABBEVILLE, La. (NEWS 15) — Bourbon Street Deli in Abbeville marked National French Fry Day on this segment of the Friday Feed by showcasing six loaded fry varieties and one breakfast selection, each made to order with fresh ingredients and Louisiana-inspired toppings.
The process begins with fresh potatoes dropped into 350-degree oil and fried to a golden brown. Each order is then topped with fresh ingredients made in-house.
