LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — The Arkansas Department of Education is suspending the license of Hope Academy in Little Rock after the death of an infant led to the arrest of a manager at the facility.
Friday, June 10, ADE sent a letter made out to Hope Academy Inc. in regard to the business license and its status that was deemed effective July 9.
“The decision to issue the Order of Suspension of License is based on the preliminary findings of an ongoing investigation into violations of 20 CAR 1025-1401 Et. Seq. Establishing the minimum licensing requirements in the area of transportation.”…
