Gov. Landry calls for investigation into Decatur Street construction project

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Gov. Jeff Landry is demanding a legislative investigation into the Sewerage and Water Board’s ongoing construction project on Decatur Street, saying the delay has cost businesses revenue they cannot afford to lose.

In a letter on Friday (July 10), Landry asked leaders of the Louisiana Legislature to call on the Legislative Auditor to investigate the Sewerage and Water Board project.
