LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville teenager is facing felony charges in multiple Kentucky counties, including a Jefferson County case in which prosecutors say a victim was robbed at gunpoint after being lured from a gas station parking lot.
In Louisville, Jycobie Washington, 19, is charged with complicity to first-degree robbery.
