GARDEN CITY, S.C. (WPDE) — Construction on the long-planned Garden City Streetscape Project is set to begin this September.
Horry County said the first phase of the five-phase project will focus on Waccamaw Drive from the Georgetown County line to Magnolia Avenue, and Atlantic Avenue from Waccamaw Drive to the marsh.
