ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester Police say a security officer shot and killed a man who was trying to enter a bar with a gun.
The incident happened Sunday morning at around 1:30 a.m. on 2260 Clifford Ave. Police said a 31-year-old man was removed from the bar for causing problems. He allegedly went to his parked car and grabbed a handgun, before trying to re-enter the establishment. Security intervened and tried to stop him, when the man pointed the gun at the security officer,
