HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Drivers are being asked to avoid Highway 501 above the Intracoastal Waterway as emergency crews respond to a four-vehicle crash.
According to Horry County Fire Rescue, lanes of Myrtle Beach-bound Highway 501 traffic are currently blocked.
