ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester Police confirmed three people were shot on Avenue D Sunday night.
At around 9:49 p.m., RPD responded to the 100 block of Avenue D for a report of shots fired and persons shot. At the scene, they found evidence of shots fired.
