The Pleasant Valley River Road Revitalization Group is inviting local banks, credit unions, businesses, churches, civic organizations, and individuals to partner with them in helping children from ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families start the new school year with confidence.
On Saturday, July 18, PVRRRG will host its first Pleasant Valley Community Picnic & Care Fair at Pleasant Valley Park, 700 E Central St. in Amarillo. The event will also celebrate the community and a recent grant awarded for the Pleasant Valley Mural Initiative Project, one that reflects the pride, history, and future of the neighborhood.
