Friend’s Final Meeting With Allentown Scooter Rider Takes On New Meaning After Fatal Crash

A 35-year-old motor scooter rider who died after colliding with a vehicle in Pennsylvania over the weekend has been identified officials announced on Monday, July 13.

Ottis “Odiee” G. Petro, 35, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at 6:31 p.m. Saturday, July 11, in the emergency department at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio detailed.
